Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of visitors to weylex.com (the "Website") and of people who contact us from the Website is processed and protected.

Controller (operator) of personal data: Limited Liability Company "Weylex" (OOO «Вейлекс»), a company registered in the Russian Federation, TIN (INN) 9715397784, PSRN (OGRN) 1217700096085, address: 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, premises 10/45, Moscow, Russian Federation. We process personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country with its own data protection law, this Policy also describes your rights under that law.

2. How contact through the Website works

The Website has no forms for entering personal data. It does not collect, store or send anywhere your name, phone number or email address.

The Website shows Telegram, WhatsApp, phone and email buttons (the Russian version also has MAX). A button opens your own messenger, dialler or email app with a prepared text (a question about a property or a deal and a source tag). You send the message yourself from your own account or mailbox. You choose the channel, and your message is sent through it under that service's own terms.

3. Data we process

Data you choose to give us in the conversation:

  • name, phone number, messenger username, email address;
  • country and city;
  • details of the property and the deal: address, links to listings and auction lots, extracts and documents you send on your own initiative for a check or consultation;
  • passport and other details needed for a legal services contract, if one is concluded;
  • the content of the conversation: questions and terms of work.

Automatically:

  • Yandex Metrica web analytics: pseudonymised visit data (IP address, cookie data, device and browser type, pages viewed and clicks on contact buttons) processed by YANDEX LLC under that service's terms. Session recording (Webvisor) is not used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data or biometric data and ask you not to send them. The Website is intended for adults. If you send documents containing personal data of other people (a seller, co-owners, a tenant), you confirm that you are entitled to share them for the purpose of checking the deal.

4. Purposes

  • replying to your enquiry: a first review of your situation, a consultation, sending our terms of work;
  • concluding and performing a legal services contract, including invoicing;
  • measuring Website traffic and advertising performance in aggregated form.

We do not use conversation data for marketing mailings.

5. Legal bases

  • taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract with you: contacting us on your own initiative is such a request (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • your consent, set out as a separate document at https://weylex.com/en/p/consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • compliance with legal obligations regarding contract and accounting documents (Art. 6(1)(2) of Law 152-FZ; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

6. Where your data is kept

Your conversation is kept in the service you chose to contact us. Records of enquiries and contracts that we keep for accounting and contract performance are stored in databases and documents located in the Russian Federation.

We do not transfer personal data outside Russia. If you are located outside Russia, you send your message to us in Russia yourself, through the service of your choice.

Retention:

  • enquiry and conversation data - until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us, or until you withdraw consent;
  • data in contract documents - for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

When the retention period expires or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • YANDEX LLC - pseudonymised visit data (Yandex Metrica);
  • public authorities - where required by law.

8. Security

We use legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure: an encrypted connection to the Website (HTTPS), and access to our business messenger accounts, mailbox and records limited to us and protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of your personal data and a copy of it;
  • request correction, blocking, restriction or deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or, if you are in the EEA or UK, with your local supervisory authority.

Send requests to info@weylex.com. We reply within 10 business days of receipt; this period may be extended by up to 5 business days with notice to you.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on the Website unless stated otherwise. The current version is always available at https://weylex.com/en/p/privacy.

In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails.
